Fun board. Key is to get the small continent bonuses and then build. Starting position plays a big part.

A lot of fun. Many good and defensible areas. Agreed that cards really come into play, which can drag out games that are otherwise over.

Really good for varied play strategies, but the graphics really throw me off... It's hard to figure out the bonuses, etc. I found that the GFX-version of this map is MUCH better graphically - the borders are much easier to see.

Decent large-format board. I personally prefer Colossal Crusade, as I like the layout and sub-continent breakdown somewhat more. Also, some of the connections on this board are excessive.

Game play was fun. However, agreed with below - the graphics needs updating, as the texturing makes visibility terrible even for non-dark colors.
